Following the success of our Escort Mexico derived aluminium radiators in the three different of core thicknesses and the number of requests we have had for the radiator to be manufactured in the shorter version Escort core with alternative pipe positions, Coolex have launched these radiators in our transformer range where you may choose the location of the pipes and fittings to suit your application.

All models are available with a 10 inch cutlass blade turbo fan plus a fan operating switch if required. please see the price matrix below.
The core sizes are:
273mm tall x 418mm wide x 42mm deep 55mm deep or 70mm deep
The maximum radiator sizes are:
382mm tall without filler neck
410mm tall including drain bung and filler cap of 40mm
495mm wide including side brackets
55mm deep 70mm deep or 85mm deep on the side brackets and tanks
This radiator is constructed in aircraft grade aluminium , the tubes have a close 10mm pitch between them and the fin pitch is 16 fins per inch.
The radiator is built in the UK to the highest standards I have attached some close up pictures of the top quality welding on the unit.
The radiator is lightly buffed ready for polishing to a mirror finish and is not silver painted like other lower quality units available.
We Have Options For A Cutlas Blade Turbo Fan Fitted On Proper Brackets With A 2 Year Warranty And 9001 Certification. An Automatic Fan Switch Or Adjustable Fan Switch Can Be Fitted.
