Description
Ford Escort RS turbo S1 made from from 1980 to 1986
High efficiency race quality, all aluminium brand new radiator, Tig welded construction with at least 30% improvement on original radiator cooling efficiency
The unit has a 42 mm deep low height core with a 10mm tube pitch the fins are multi Louvre punched and set at 20 fins per inch
engineered to fit perfectly without the need for modification
This unit has the fixings for the original manufactures fan
We can mount a cutlass blade electric fan with proper welded brackets and a automatic fan temperature switch, fitted onto the radiator for an additional £75.
We do not recommend the fan being fitted in a shroud as this acts as a wind break at speed and restricts radiator airflow.
The radiator core is: 600 between water tanks 332 high and 42 deep
