Description
This is a replacement for the very unreliable plastic header tanks fitted to these vehicles
The header tank has been tailor made, for these models and is a reliable and permanent one time fix.
A sight glass can been installed to enable viewing of the coolant level without removing the either of the two types of pressure cap available.
The tank comes with a billet turned threaded filler neck to accept the standard plastic cap or the billet turned hexagon aluminium cap that we offer.
The header has been manufacture with aircraft quality aluminium and Tig welded together
The header has been pulse tested to 40 psi with no faults found.
The header tank is supplied with a polished finish but we can provide the more durable etch prime and black paint finish at no extra cost.
There is an extra charge of £35.00 for the welded boss and sight glass
The cost of the hexagon aluminium billet turned threaded cap is £45.00
There is an extra charge of £35.00 for the billet turned conventional filler type neck supplied with a lever relief 13 pound – 15 pound or 20 pound stainless steel pressure cap
