This radiator is sold on an exchange basis . After you purchase it, you will have three options.

Option 1: We will need your email address to send a money request for the surcharge (you will have to pay £200) before the item is sent.With this option you do not need to send in your old radiator.

Option 2: Send your old radiator and we will send the new radiator immediately upon receipt.

Option 3: Pay the £200 surcharge we send the radiator and when you send in your old servicable unit we refund the £200.
